How to Withdraw Crypto

Here is a tutorial on how to withdraw crypto tokens into your Cwallet account. When withdrawing to your wallet, please ensure to enter the correct withdrawal tag and address.

Method 1: Withdraw crypto on Cwallet app/website

1. Visit Cwallet and navigate to the page Wallet, locate and tap Send.

2. Choose the token and network, enter the withdrawal amount and withdrawal address/Cwallet ID of your crypto wallet.

• About network fee: For some tokens, the network fee will be converted into withdrawn token, so it can be directly deducted from the withdrawn amount. You can choose to deduct the network fee directly from the withdrawal amount, or you can add the network fee to the withdrawal amount, then deduct it from the withdrawal amount by clicking the button Add fee to Amount. See example below:

• Note: If this you are prompted with: Please enter an amount higher than the network fee.You can either increase your withdrawal amount to cover the network fee, or click the button Add fee to Amount to add the network fee to the withdrawal amount. See example below:

• About Cwallet ID: You can transfer cryptos directly to the recipient's Cwallet by entering the CWallet ID. There will be NO network fees and service fees for Cwallet internal transfers.

• About address book: Click the address book button (as shown below) to add the recipient address or select recipient address from the address book, so that the next transfer can be made directly without having to enter the address again.

Please ensure that the information you entered is correct before clicking the Send button.

3. Following confirmation of the withdrawal, you will be able to view your withdrawal status at the same page.

Method 2: Withdrawal through Cwallet bot on Telegram

1. Take withdrawing USDT as an example. Send a direct message to @cctip_bot in Telegram with the command /withdraw 100 TRX TAgoHHQ8PCNGD7uPUfbA2PZ1NQBz7sHmt6.

Command format: /withdraw Amount TokenName WithdrawalAddress memo(optional)

2. Select the network for the token to be withdrawn.

After confirming the network, the bot will reply with a message confirming the withdrawal. You may check the process and status on this page.

For on-chain transfer:

First, you will see the order is processing.

Then, you will see the order completes and it has been sent to the destination address.

For Cwallet internal transfer:

First, you will see the order is processing.

Then, you will see the order completes and it has been sent to the destination address.

Method 3: Withdrawal through Cwallet bot on Discord

1. By sending a message to the Cwallet bot or in a channel, enter the command /withdraw. Enter the particulars of the withdrawal in turn according to the prompts as shown in the following diagram.

2. Select the network of tokens for withdraw followed by the Network button.

After verifying that the information is correct, click on Yes button to start the withdrawal.

The withdrawal status will be displayed.

Upon successful transmission, you will be able to view the details.

Note: There is no TXID for Cwallet internal transfer.
