After you add an exclusive bot or @cctip_bot into the group, the bot responses as follows

Why cannot invite it:
This is because every group can only have one Cwallet bot whatever it is the official bot (@cctip_bot) or any Cwallet exclusive bot.
There is already an exclusive bot in the group or @cctip_bot already exists in the group so you cannot invite another Cwallet bot.
In this case, who can change the bot in the group
Only the group owner can change to a new exclusive bot or @cctip_bot, other users cannot do it.
